Scientifically, a normal human brain can process up to 70,000 thoughts per day.
Isn’t it interesting? what would we do with these many thoughts?
Hardly few thoughts we utilize in our day-to-day life and rest all get lost and buried inside the vast vessels of the brain. What a waste of information and our brain power!
I see blogging as the art of transforming our inner musings into a flowing stream of sentences, creating a lasting record to revisit moments from the past. Blogging is a way which can preserve our memory and information for us to access at any moment. Blogging reduces stress and anxiety. It can be our sole friend when the whole world turns its back to us. It helps to spread our ideas and impressions to the entire world of readers. We have the ability to establish a community of writers and readers, engaging in discussions, exchanging knowledge, and expanding our horizons. It can increase our patience level and organize our thought process.
Unlike a mirror which shows the outer beauty, blogging lets us meet with our actual self.
Once we express the thoughts of our mind, we delve into the depths of our emotions, and unravel the enigmatic complexities of our own minds.
As the topic suggested, blogging is my personal therapist. I share all my problems, difficulties and happiness through blogging, and it relieves me from the burden of life.
I read other’s stories, understand and try to think in a different perspective. It improves imagination and unlock all the possibilities of life. Blogging keeps me motivated and helps me figure out my next move.

So yeah, I love to blog and added the same as my daily habit. Happy typing, fellow writer!
